Look forward to a spacious, bright, and fully equipped holiday apartment (90 sqm) with a balcony on the edge of the village near Ochsenhausen, in the scenic region of Upper Swabia. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. It features a living room, two bedrooms, an open, well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with double sinks, shower, and bathtub. The toilet is separate. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and underfloor heating. Families will find games and books for children. From the apartment, you can start hikes with beautiful views or enjoy walks along the nearby foot and cycle path by the stream. The cycling network is well developed. Two swimming ponds are nearby (1.5 km and 3 km away). The town of Ochsenhausen is just 3 km away and offers various attractions, such as a ride on the Öchslebahn, Krummbach (with water playground), the basilica with monastery, concerts, Hermann Hesse exhibition, shell museum, ice cream café, and restaurants. Larger towns in the area include Biberach a.d. Riß (with Jordanbad, outdoor pool, climbing park) and Memmingen (nearest airport), both about 20 minutes away by car. Bad Waldsee with its city lake and wildlife park is 30 minutes away. Lake Constance is ideal for day trips, for example to Meersburg and Mainau Island (77 km), to Pfänder (78 km), as well as the Allgäu region, such as Schloss Zeil (26 km) or Eistobel (62 km). Two outdoor parking spaces are available at the apartment. Pets are welcome upon request.
